Where can I get a ticket?
Tickets are available exclusively on Shotgun, subject to availability.
Tickets are free of charge. Each person may obtain a maximum of two (2) tickets (same Shotgun account) for the entire 4 days of the event.
What are the access conditions for the Twingo Live Show?
Participants must present their ticket to access the Twingo Live Show.
Any exit is final. No entry will be possible without a ticket.
The event organizer reserves the right to request and verify an official photo ID (identity card, passport, driving licence) at any time. Tickets do not guarantee access to the festival. Organizers reserve the right of admission.
What types of tickets are available?
Only 1 type of ticket will be offered for each of the 8 Sessions organized over the 4 days of the event (2 Sessions per Day): Session Ticket

How to get to the Twingo Live Show?

Metro access recommended:

No dedicated parking on site / public parking only.
The general public is invited to present themselves at the entrance of the tent located opposite le défilé renault®.
Before accessing the ticket control point, each participant must go through the security checkpoint for security checks which may include bag searches and pat-downs in accordance with current regulations.
What are the accessibility conditions for disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility (PSH/PMR)?
Disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility are invited to use the dedicated queues. Hosts and hostesses are available on site to guide you.
What are the rights of entry and access to the Twingo Live Show?
The organizer reserves the right of entry and access to the Twingo Live Show. Any person not complying with the internal regulations, displaying inappropriate behaviour, or representing a risk to the safety of the public, artists, or staff may be refused access or expelled from the site.
Access to the Twingo Live Show is subject to ticket control and security checks which may include bag searches and pat-downs in accordance with current regulations. Any refusal to submit to these checks may result in refusal of entry.
The organizer also reserves the right to refuse entry to any person not complying with the specific rules communicated prior to the event.
Is there a minimum age required to access the Twingo Live Show?
Access to the Twingo Live Show event organized by Renault is strictly prohibited to children under 8 years old, including if accompanied by an adult.
This restriction is implemented for reasons of safety, comfort, and suitability of the event content for the intended audience.
By obtaining a ticket and accessing the event premises, each participant acknowledges having read this prohibition and undertakes to comply with it. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or expel any person not complying with this rule.
Must minors be accompanied?
Any minor (8-18 years old) wishing to access the event must obligatorily be accompanied by a responsible adult (parent, legal guardian, or designated adult companion).
The event organizer reserves the right to request and verify an official photo ID (identity card, passport, driving licence).
The accompanying adult undertakes to supervise the minor throughout the duration of the event and to ensure compliance with the established rules. The organizer declines all responsibility in the event of failure to comply with this obligation.
Access may be refused to any unaccompanied minor.
Is any exit final?
Any exit from the event premises is final. No re-entry will be authorized, even with a ticket or wristband.
By accessing the event, each participant acknowledges having read this rule and undertakes to comply with it. The organizer will not accept any readmission.
How is the identity of participants checked?
The event organizer reserves the right to request and verify an official photo ID (identity card, passport, driving licence) at any time, in particular to:
Verify the age of participants (restricted access for minors, alcohol consumption, etc.)
Check the identity of ticket holders in case of doubt regarding ticket validity
Ensure event security and compliance with the general conditions of access

Is a first aid station available on site?
No, there is no first aid station available on site.
Staff on site and security personnel will be instructed to contact 15 for medical emergencies or 18 for the fire brigade (also 112, the centralized emergency call number).
What are the alcohol consumption rules?
Alcohol consumption within the event is strictly reserved for adults (18 years old and over). An ID may be requested at any time to verify the age of participants.
Any visibly intoxicated person may be refused access to the event or expelled.
The introduction of outside alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
The organizer encourages responsible consumption and reminds participants that alcohol abuse is dangerous for health and should be consumed in moderation.
Drugs: zero tolerance
The introduction, possession, consumption, and sale of drugs or illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the event.
Any person caught violating this rule will be immediately excluded from the event and may be subject to legal proceedings in accordance with current legislation.
The organizer reserves the right to involve law enforcement authorities in the event of suspicious behaviour or non-compliance with this prohibition.
What is planned for security?
A Security Control Room is present on site throughout the duration of the event. Please take care of yourself and your loved ones. The organization declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft.
Do you wish to report sexist or sexual violence?
Please contact the Security Control Room, security staff can assist you.
How are sexist and sexual violence (VSS) handled?
The Twingo Live Show is not a place for drug consumption. However, the open spaces allow physical proximity which may lead to uncomfortable or even dangerous situations for women and the LGBT+ community in particular.
A zero-tolerance policy is applied with the expulsion from the site of any person making inappropriate comments and/or gestures. Contact details will be collected and the police alerted upon request from the victim.

What objects are prohibited and authorized at the Twingo Live Show?
The organizer reserves the right to prohibit objects at the venue hosting its event. Visitors will be subject to visual security checks, including bag searches and bag openings at the entrance to the festival. If prohibited objects are found during security checks, access to the festival may be refused or the object concerned may be discarded.
These objects are prohibited under the security rules implemented for the event, in compliance with the Vigipirate enhanced security plan – terrorism risk.
The following list is not exhaustive and security personnel are the sole judges of whether objects are authorized to enter the event or not.

How can I recover a lost item?
Lost items must be requested by e-mail: Twingoliveshow@lalternative.paris
The organization shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to participants’ personal belongings.
Can we eat on site?
Food areas will be available with a selection of savoury items and beverages.
Art. R634-2 of the French Penal Code: depositing, abandoning, throwing away or discharging any type of waste on public or private roads is punishable by a fixed fine.
Will a cloakroom be available on site?
No cloakroom will be available on site. Please make the necessary arrangements accordingly.
How can I pay for my purchases?
By bank card only.
How is my image rights managed?
By participating in the event, you expressly authorize the organizer, its partners and accredited media to capture and use your image, in the form of photographs, videos or any other medium.
These contents may be used for communication, promotion and distribution purposes, on all media (website, social networks, press, posters, etc.), without time limitation and without financial compensation.
Any person wishing to object to this use must inform the organizer in writing or contact the communication service on site by contacting Twingoliveshow@lalternative.paris
If, after contacting us, you believe that the photo and/or video system does not comply with data protection rules, you may submit a complaint online to the CNIL or by postal mail.
