In connection with the TWINGO LIVE SHOW event, audiovisual and/or photographic recordings may be carried out by the organizer or its duly authorized service providers.
By purchasing a ticket and accessing this event, the participant expressly and free of charge authorizes the organizer, as well as its partners, to capture, reproduce, represent, and distribute their image, individually or as part of a group, taken during the event, on any media now known or unknown (including, without limitation: digital media, social networks, websites, promotional videos), for information purposes and for internal or external institutional communication, in France and abroad, for a period of three (3) years from the date of capture.
This authorization applies to all images in which the participant may be identifiable, including wide shots or crowd scenes, excluding any images likely to infringe upon their dignity or privacy.
Minors : For underage participants, this authorization is deemed to have been granted by the legal representatives (parent or guardian) who completed the ticket reservation or authorized access to the event. In the event of a specific objection, legal representatives may submit a written request to the following address: Twingoliveshow@lalternative.paris. The request will be processed by L’Alternative, acting as a data processor on behalf of Renault SAS.
How long do we retain your data?
In accordance with applicable regulations, we undertake to retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to achieve the intended purpose, meet your needs, or comply with our legal obligations.
To determine this retention period, we take into account in particular:
The time necessary for organizing the TWINGO LIVE SHOW event: your registration, ticket issuance, your attendance on the day of the event, and our analyses related to the event. These analyses will be carried out using anonymized data.

Regarding image rights, the organizer's communication needs relating to the event, as well as potential future uses should the organizer decide to repeat the event within the following two years (retrospectives).

How do we secure your personal data?
Your personal data is stored on secure servers. We implement, and require our processors and partners to implement, appropriate security and data protection measures in line with current technologies.
Whenever personal data processing involves a transfer, we ensure that such transfer is carried out under appropriate conditions guaranteeing a sufficient level of protection, security, and confidentiality.
Whenever possible, your data is processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). However, some of our service providers or their subcontractors are located outside the EEA, meaning your personal data may be processed in such countries. Some of these countries may have data protection regulations that differ from those of the European Union.
In such cases, we pay particular attention to ensuring that these transfers comply with applicable regulations and implement safeguards ensuring a level of privacy and fundamental rights protection equivalent to that provided within the European Union (in particular through the use of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses).

What are your rights?
Under the applicable regulations relating to the protection of personal data, you benefit from several rights:
A right of access to your personal data: you have the right to obtain information concerning the processing of your personal data (in particular the data which are used, all available information regarding the origin of the data when you have not directly provided us with your personal data, for what purposes we use them, the recipients and/or categories of recipients to whom your personal data have been transmitted, the retention period that we apply with regard to your personal data, etc.) as well as a copy thereof.
